The Justice League criticizes the Titans' recent battle against Troia. They force them to step down and put Donna under house arrest until further notice. The Titans go their separate ways but Roy stumbles across Cheshire and a secret drug operation secretly run by Brain and Monsieur Mallah. However, the rest of the Titans and League don't see any proof of such an operation, leaving Roy to take matters into his own hands.
