History

Bruce Wayne adopted Titus as a present for Damian, whom he was having difficulty bonding with. Damian rejects the dog at first, but eventually bonds with the dog and names him Titus.

Trivia

• Titus is possibly a reference to Ace the Bat-Hound from the Batman Beyond series.
• In his first appearance, the dog is referred to as "Le Grand Danois", which is a literal translation into French of "The Great Dane". However, the species of dog is known as Dogue allemand in French.
