Synopsis for "Back in Black"

Sung Li's replacement, Girl Two, arrives to the precinct. Irma Geddon hugs Girl Two, thinking for a moment that she is Sung Li because they look and sound identical. Realizing her mistake, Irma excuses herself and leaves. At the morning briefing, Hyperdog goes over the new uniform and gun policy, which is not going over well with the squad. Girl Two speaks with Jetman who tells her she may receive a low-profile assignment at first because she raises memories of Girl One, who was murdered in the precinct house.

Dust Devil and Shock-Headed Peter are called to a scene where an old wizard is dealing magic to children. They find an old man who claims to be using magic and the brace him to keep his eyes open for the old man they are looking for.

Across town, Irma and Joe Pi have responded to a hostage situation. A building is holding hostage its occupants. Irma gets angry, pulls a rocket launcher out of the trunk of her car and fires it at the building. Ceasar immediately puts her on suspension. Pi gives Irma a ride home and after paying the baby sitter, Irma calls Synaesthesia and begins pouring her heart out to her about all of her problems. But Synaesthesia just starts talking about her problems and Irma listens as a friend.
