Synopsis for "Blind Justice"
Girl One picks up Irma Geddon at her home and on the drive to work, Girl One explains that she is not wearing a jump suit, that she moves pigments around her bio-engineered skin to simulate clothing. During the drive, a cab sideswipes the police cruiser and the partners take the driver, Bob "Blindshot" Booker into custody and radio for a break-down truck.
At the precinct house, Liutenant Peregrine and Detective Synaesthesia leave the autopsy of Professor Gromolko and head into the morning briefing session in the squad room. Hyperdog tells Dust Devil and Shock-Headed Peter to keep an eye on Large Marge's girls while the Libra killer is still on the loose. He also asks Toybox and Jeff Smax to respond to the breakdown called in by Irma and Sung Li. He reminds everyone to be on the lookout for Marta Wesson in relation to the TinTown homicide and to try and bring in the Ghostly Goose, a character who has been goosing women randomly throughout the city.
Smax and Slinger are en route to the breakdown site and Slinger reveals to Smax that her father has Alzheimer's. A Molotov cocktail is thrown at the cruiser and Smax stops the cruiser and gets out, while Slinger puts out the fire. Smax finds that Irma and Girl One are facing some opposition from Ernesto Gograh and his gang of friends. Smax takes down Gograh and scares the others away. He hitches the broken down cruiser to the tow car and takes Gograh and Blindshot Bob into custody.
On patrol, Shock Headed Peter discovers a hooker and a John exchanging money. After talking with the hooker, he decides to let them both go. He meets up with Duane and they head back to the precinct house.
Slinger is having lunch with Irma and Girl One again when she mentions that bulls are color blind, which sets off Girl One because it causes her to realize that Kemlo is color blind and therefore is seeing her nude every day. Enraged, she punches him, knocking him to the ground and stalks off. Meanwhile, Duane is called into Captain Jetman's office. The captain offers Duane counseling after the incident where Gromolko grabbed his gun and killed himself with it. Duane refuses counseling, still believing he is to blame for what happened. The captain gets a call and tells Duane that a body has been found and Duane and Peter are to go check it out.
When the two arrive, they find a headless body that Peter recognizes as the hooker he let go with a warning earlier in the day.
Back at the precinct house, Slinger tells Synaesthesia that she believes there might be something to Blindshot Bob's claims of power. Synaesthesia agrees that maybe they can test it. She, Slinger and Bob get into a police cruiser, with Bob behind the wheel. He drives them to "where they are supposed to be," and that turns out to be a decrepit museum, where they find Marta Wesson.
