History

Tuftan was the prince of Roam, capital city of the Wildlands. He was the son of Great Caesar and the betrothed of Lady Tawna. Tuftan led the hunt that succeeded in capturing a bewildered Superboy and brought him back to Roam as a dowery for Lady Tawna.
