History

Typhoon was an agent of the criminal organization known as O.G.R.E. where he served as an assassin. While on assignment, he ran afoul of Aquaman and his wife Mera. Along with his colleague the Huntress, Typhoon betrayed O.G.R.E. and assisted Aquaman and Mera by leading them to the organization's secret lair beneath an island resort.

• Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985-86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
• Typhoon is not to be confused with the Firestorm villain of the same name.
