Urzkartaga is a bloodthirsty God plant worshiped for centuries by a tribe of African women,they wore ceremonial costumes in the form of leopard and practiced human sacrifice as an offering to him and his lover,the Cheetah.
Every year the tribe chooses a virgin woman and gives a mixture of the Urzkartaga's blood and the blood of human sacrifices transformed into Cheetah, a fierce leopard-woman with incredible strength and an insatiable appetite for blood,but to keep his powers has to sacrifice a considerable number of people and offer their blood to him.
Urzkartaga is responsible for Sebastian Ballesteros and Barbara Minerva become the Cheetah.
