I ordered this collection, like many others, under the impression that it was the complete series with ALL of the extras (I suspected that the listed page count was wrong, not the listed contents).I never received notice of the change of contents after pre-ordering, and DCComics still lists the contents incorrectly on their web-page. I was greatly disappointed when I received the book. Even the back cover of the book lists the collection as having DC Special #27, which is also not included. This collection contains only SSoSV #1 through #10 + Amazing Worlds of DC Comics.

That being said, if you know what you are getting, and not expecting twice as much, this is a GREAT collection of great stories. This was my favorite as a kid, and is still one of my favorites of all-time. See all the world's greatest (worst?) villains team-up and scheme-up ways to defeat the good-guys. The listed price of $39.99 is a little steep for 10 issues, in my opinion, but Amazon's discounted price of under $30 makes this a great deal. I love these comics and am glad to have this collection, even if it is not what I was expecting.
