Washington is a state within the continental United States located in the region commonly known as the Pacific Northwest. One of Washington's major cities is Seattle - a city that became the base of operations of Green Arrow and Black Canary for several years. The state of Washington is not to be confused with the U.S. Capital at Washington, D.C.
