History
A school for children with physical disabilities, located in the "West Seventies", the blocks of West 70th Street to West 79th Street in the Upper West Side of Manhattan.[1]
Two of the staff members were Mark Wright and Sarah Simms. Simms was often considered a favored teacher among students, and she often took her children on special field trips to the park or out ice-skating. She developed a deep friendship with the Teen Titan Victor Stone, who became a role model to many of the school's students.
