Whiteout was one of several super-powered underlings who assisted Doctor Polaris in a raid against the recently constructed Green Lantern Citadel in Los Angeles. Doctor Polaris' team joined with another villain, Sonar, and two of his own confederates, but they were no match for the combined might of seven veteran members of the Green Lantern Corps. Whiteout focused his attacks against the team's youngest member Arisia, as well as the newest member of the Earth-based GL Corps Kilowog.

Powers and Abilities
Powers
Whiteout can literally erase portions of an opponent's body. The nature of this power is unknown, but those affected by it can still function normally, despite the loss of major organs.
