Synopsis for "Rollin' on the River"

On a riverboat called the Dixie Belle sailing to Arsenal Island on the Mississippi River, Graham Gault, Andy Flint, Lou Godder, and Jack Wheeler, who played football together in college, reunited together on the boat. Susan King was also onboard the boat. Graham had brought all three of his friends presents. When they opened their "presents", Andy found a mask resembling that worn by Wild Dog, Lou found a jersey resembling the one worn by Wild Dog, and Jack received the cargo pants that the vigilante wore. Next, Graham called his friends to follow him to the upper deck to discuss Wild Dog. He explained to them that he gave them those "presents" in hopes that one of them would be startled, thus revealing them to be Wild Dog. However, all of them were calm, but Graham believed that one of them was, in fact, Wild Dog. Graham announced that he wanted to speak privately with Wild Dog, as he believed that the vigilante was the answer to the threat of terrorism in their country posed by the Committee for Social Change. Jack, Andy, and Lou asked what made them candidates for Wild Dog's true identity, to which Graham responded that Lou's wife was killed by terrorists, Andy was known for being hard on crime, and Jack's comrades in Beirut were killed in an explosion. Next, Graham explained that the Committee for Social Change operated in Quad Cities, rather than a major city because Arsenal Island because the home of the largest of America's four arsenals under the U.S. Army Armament Munitions, and Chemical Command was located there and he believed that it was vulnerable to a terrorist attack. The four friends entered the Rock Island Arsenal Museum, where Graham encountered Susan King and caught her following them. He suggested to her to stop trying to learn Wild Dog's secret identity.

Later, the four friends were invited by Colonel Rawlings to the testing of the FAB launcher, a rocket propelled grenade launcher. The colonel said that the rocket launcher was different because it fired a "fuel air bomb", which meant that when the rocket hit an area filled with fumes, the rocket would react and cause an explosion. Meanwhile, somewhere else on the island, six beachgoers who appear to be going to a picnic in a restricted area are stopped by two MPs. Suddenly, the beachgoers open fire on the two MPs and move in on the restricted area. Next, they set up a mortar launcher and launched a mortar at some soldiers which gained the attention of the four friends. Back in the riverboat, one of the beachgoers had killed the captain with a knife. Suddenly, Wild Dog emerged and attacked the killer. Two of the beachgoers retrieved the FAB launcher and contacted their ally on the Dixie Belle, who was then put in a headlock by Wild Dog. Next, Wild Dog opened fire on the beachgoers' boats, gaining their attention. The beachgoers opened fire on Wild Dog, unable to hit him, as he entered the museum, where they followed him. When they entered the museum, they encountered Wild Dog, who had broken a Browning M1917 machine gun out of its case and pointed it at them, shooting them dead. Then, he exited the museum where he encountered Susan King, who told him that there were two terrorists who were still in possession of the FAB launcher. Wild Dog found the two terrorists and gunned them down. There were two more terrorists left on the Dixie Belle, so Wild Dog picked up the FAB launcher and fired a grenade into the boat, causing it to explode and kill the two terrorists. Next, he abandoned his outfit on the ground.
