HistoryEdit

Wilfred "Eddie" Parker was the son of a retired down-and-out super-villain living in Manchester, Alabama. Raised in a loveless household, the one-eyed youth attended school at Manchester Junior High School, where he developed a reputation as the school's resident bully. Calling himself Evil Eye, students who often suffered at Eddie's torments included Bart Allen, Preston Lindsay, Rolly, Mike and Wade. Deep down inside however, Eddie's mean-spirited behavior was a front to cover up his natural cowardice and lack of friends.

• Intimidation: Evil Eye possessed a natural aptitude for intimidation. This skill was cultivated by his domineering eye-patch (with the letter "E" emblazoned upon it), and his gruff, mean-spirited demeanor.
