As a break through opportunity, Will teamed up with artist Jill Thompson to create the Vertigo's Finals Miniseries 1-4 (1999). He also had written for Catwoman Vol. 3 #44-82 until it's cancellation, and took over for Blue Beetle #27-28 (2008).
