History

Bill Baker was a b-list action movie actor, hired by Danial and Dickie Brassalton to serve as a themed enemy to Artemis. In various guises, he pretended to surpress women, in exchange for scale pay and muscle enhancements. He easily confessed when Diana confronted him, and felt he hadn't done anything wrong, as he didn't play the one villain that actually killed people.
