Bill Perkins was a District Attorney who took to fighting crime as The Mouthpiece because he felt that the police and courts were inneffective in handling it. He was known for his often brutal methods.
NotesEdit
The Mouthpiece was one of the characters acquired by DC from Quality Comics but, like several others including Wonder Boy, Wildfire and Bozo the Iron Man, they have done little with him since.
