History

The Witch Queen was a female Korugaran, the sister of Sinestro. She was recruited by Sinestro when he discovered an alternate dimension that known as the Dimension of Furies. He intended to banish Hal Jordan to this realm. Sinestro had his Power Ring placed inside the Witch Queen's scepter. This allowed her to appear as if she was able to use magic.
