Synopsis for "What Evil Haunts This House?"

A man delivers some legal papers to an old man and his daughter. The old man is hostile and wants him to leave but the daughter invites him to stay the night since it is raining. The man begins to fancy the girl and offers to take her away, but the father threatens him with a gun. The girl invokes a spell and animals from outside break through the window and attack her father. With the old man disarmed he reveals the secret to his daughter that he was protecting others from her evil witch powers that she inherited from her mother. The disappointed young man leaves the two of them and vows to keep their secret.
