Synopsis for "A Scream in the Attic"

Parents visiting friends see a photo on TV of their babysitter and hear a report of a killer escaped from an insane asylum, so they dash into traffic on their way home without listening to the whole bulletin. When they finally arrive they see a man wearing a white coat fall to his death from their second story window. They assume that he was trying to keep the babysitter from harming the child, but when the police arrive they are informed that the man was the escaped inmate wearing a stolen white coat who was acquainted with the babysitter and had tracked her down. The babysitter was attempting to protect the child from him when he lunged through the window.

Synopsis for "The Night Visitor"

Mean foster parents are convinced their child is lying to them about a nightly visitor in the boy's tent. After one of the man's cigars goes missing he goes out to the tent to take a look and screams. The woman goes to the tent and finds the man disoriented telling a story about the boy disappearing in a hail of lights. On the floor of the tent there is a cigar along with a note thanking the man for allowing him to borrow one.

A man's evil half separates from his body and attacks his business partner. In order to save him, the man kills his evil half. The shocked business partner tells the man to look in the mirror where he sees half of his body is rotting away.
