Synopsis for "Man-Hating Madness"

A Chinese girl named Mae Wu, bearing cruel scars from a Japanese whip, is killed by Japanese spies. Wonder Woman brings her body to Paradise Island, and Paula von Gunther brings her back to life.

An elaborate Japanese terrorism plan is afoot, to infect the American population, using gnats, with a disorder that would drive infected women to turn against their men. Wonder Woman teams up with Paula von Gunther to obtain a list of all the Japanese spies in America, and to round them all up.

Synopsis for "The Adventure of the Mole Men"

Washington D.C. is raided by Mole Men, bursting to the surface and abducting women, for slavery. Diana and Paula arrange to get captured, and once in the underworld they get started fomenting a slave revolt. The Mole Men are blind, and by finding a way to restore their sight, Wonder Woman and Baroness Gunther are able to make peace with them. Blakfu, the Mole Man king, marries one slave girl, Calla, and makes her his queen, promising a more enlightened mode of ruling henceforth.

Synopsis for "The Rubber Barons"

A group of corrupt industrialists conspires to withhold an important rubber manufacturing formula from the government. Wonder Woman and Paula von Gunther perform an extraordinary rendition on these tycoons, whisking them away to Reform Island. They soon submit, and their rubber formulas are contributed to the war effort.

Synopsis for "The Treachery of Mavis"

Wonder Woman and Paula von Gunther return to Paradise Island. Paula has now passed all of Aphrodite's tests, and can become an Amazon. But a former slave of the Baroness, Mavis, who has stowed away on this flight, isn't having it. She kidnaps Gerta, just as the Nazis had done earlier, and she achieves the same result: Wonder Woman tracks her down, rescues Gerta, captures Mavis, and hands her over to Mala, at Reform Island.
