Batman and Robin uncover an organized crime gang that operates using previous knowledge acquired by their undercover cameraman, who takes pictures of the places they would rob prior to the crimes. After the criminals are captured, Dick Grayson becomes a member of the Camera Scoops Club for his remarkable picture of Batman and Robin in action.

Trivia

  • Artist Win Mortimer included his name on the Batman story on a street sign on Page 10, Panel 3. This issue is also remarkable because Mortimer didn't include Bob Kane's signature in the story, as every Batman story was suppposed to, according to DC and Kane's contract.
