While in prison, the Penguin writes a code book about birds for his henchmen outside and with their help, he manages to break out of jail. Batman and Robin get a hold of the Penguin's code book, which they use it to stop Penguin's crimes and eventually capture him, sending him back to the Gotham State Penitentiary.
