Synopsis for Batman: "The Man With the Fatal Hands!"

A man starts acting strangely and he blames a past experiment in which his hands were replaced with that of a killer. As a result, the man can't control his actions and he tries to murder his wealthy uncle. Batman investigates the case and discovers that the whole story is a lie and the man is acting on his own. Batman captures and delivers the criminal to the authorities.
