Synopsis for Batman: "The Richest Crook in the World!"

Glenn Farr has amassed the largest amount of stolen money in history with the sole purpose of buying some of the most important art pieces in Gotham City. When his buying requests are all denied, Farr decides to use his money to buy an abandoned mining town and set his gang up as the police force. Now with a town of his own an police force loyal to him he can lure wealthy collectors to his town to steal the pieces they previously denied him. When Batman and Robin become involved, Farr puts a reward in exchange for Batman's secret identity. Soon Farr is informed by a confidence man who has studied Batman for 15 years that Bruce Wayne is the most likely secret identity of Batman. Farr hatches a plan to prove this theory, but it backfires on him as Batman's signature does not match Bruce Wayne/s and he is captured by the Gotham City Police Department with the help of the Dynamic Duo.
