Synopsis for Batman: "The Richest Crook in the World!"

Glenn Farr is a criminal who has amassed the largest amount of stolen money than any other criminal in history with the sole purpose of buying some of the most important art pieces in Gotham City. When his buying request are all denied, Farr decides to use his money to bribe an the entire Police Department from a neighbouring city in order to command their forces into stealing some of the art pieces. When Batman and Robin become involved, Farr puts a reward in exchange for Batman's secret identity and soon, Farr is informed that a man who has studied Batman for years, thinks that there is a strong connection between Bruce Wayne and Batman. Farr goes so far to try to prove this theory, but when it backfires on him, he is captured by the Gotham City Police Department and the Dynamic Duo.
