Synopsis for Batman: "The Secret Weapons of the Crimesmith!"

A criminal with an amazing ability for creating mechanical objects is captured by Batman and sentenced to 20 years in prison. However, his contributions to the prison's workshop grant him and early parole and once free, he decides to start a new crime spree using some of his most creative inventions. During this spree of crimes, the criminal becomes known as the Crimesmith and he terrorizes Gotham City from his secret hideout, the "Crimecave". Batman and Robin investigate the case and discover that the crime cave is not a cave, but instead it's located on the rooftop of a building, where the crimesmith starts a fake broadcast to terrorize the people of Gotham and steal form them while they are in chaos. While Robin tries to calm down the people of Gotham, Batman goes to the crimecave and captures the Crimesmith once again, ending his criminal spree.
