History
Xan was one of the oldest cities found on the continent of Urrika on the planet, Krypton. Centuries ago, Xan City became embroiled in a military conflict with neighboring city-state, Erkol. In war that lasted over two-hundred years, the warlords of Xan initially proved victorious and succeeded in decimating the citizens of Erkol. As time went on however, the Erkol warlords regained their strength and struck back against Xan completely destroying it.
Years later, the mutated Kryptonian outcast known as, Nam-Ek, forged a hideaway for himself in the ruins of Xan.
Notes
- The city-state of Xan is exclusive to the planet Krypton of Pre-Crisis continuity.
- Whether the survivors of Xan ever rebuilt the city following the Erkol/Xan war has yet to be revealed. Regardless, Xan was ultimately destroyed when the planet Krypton exploded many years later.
