Synopsis for "Heavy Metalhead"

Batman is utterly obsessed with tracking down Black Mask and pushes himself farther than he should in order to do so, going without food and sleep. He finds no trace of him, but does encounter 'Metalhead', who is looking to join the False Face Society. He defeats the man, but only barely, and has to be almost literally carried back by Alfred and Robin to the Batcave.

Trivia

  • From the beginning Batman shows a bleeding nose that won't stop until the very end of the issue. In the last panel there can be seen Batman's thoughts: "...and to hell with the blood".
